Notwendige Einrichtungen f\u00fcr den KFZ-Verkehr sollen \u2013 soweit vorhanden \u2013 im Bereich von Parkierungs- oder Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4chen eingerichtet werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Begr\u00fcndung:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Es hat sich die Gewohnheit eingeschlichen, Einrichtungen, die dem KFZ-Verkehr dienen, auf Gehwegfl\u00e4chen zu errichten; z..B. durch das Aufstellen von Parkscheinautomaten oder j\u00fcngst durch das Ab- und Bereitstellen von Kleinkraftfahrzeugen, wie E-Scooter auf Gehwegfl\u00e4chen\/-nasen, letztere sollen ein sichereres Queren von Fahrbahnen gew\u00e4hrleisten und zus\u00e4tzlichen \u201eurbanen Bewegungsraum\u201c schaffen, der zum Verweilen einl\u00e4dt; eine Toleranz gegen\u00fcber dort abgestellten Fahrzeugen halten wir nicht f\u00fcr geboten \u2013 widerspricht eine solche doch auch den Vorgaben des VEK 2030 und dem Programm \u201enachhaltig mobil\u201c, das sich u.a. die F\u00f6rderung des Fu\u00dfverkehrs zum Ziel gesetzt hat.
