Die feierlichen Grundsteinlegung f\u00fcr das neue Quartier am Wiener Platz wurde letzte Woche mit zahlreichen G\u00e4sten aus der Stadtgesellschaft und der Politik zelebriert! Die ehm. Industriebrache des Schoch-Areals am Bahnhof in Feuerbach, wird zu einem urbanen Quartier mit Modellcharakter, mit der ersten klimanneutralen W\u00e4rmeversorgung umgewandelt. Das gesamte Areal wird CO2neutral mit Warmwasser und Heizenergie versorgt, hierf\u00fcr wird die lokale Abwasserw\u00e4rme und \u00d6kostrom genutzt. Hier werden R\u00e4ume f\u00fcr Wohnen, Handel und Gastronomie, eine Kinderbetreuungseinrichtung und ein Beratungszentrum f\u00fcr Jugend und Familie, Gemeinschaftsr\u00e4ume und attraktive Freifl\u00e4chen geschaffen und die, die vielf\u00e4ltigen Bedarfe der Stadtgesellschaft erm\u00f6glichen.
